Help with chaging profile

Hi, I'm tryign to sign up for myFICO SW and I put in my screen name for my real name by mistake when I first signed up.  Can someone help me change that?  Thanks a bunch,

How were you able to call in & get this fixed?  I've been trying to get mines changed since I first signed up b/c it's too personal.  I called & wasn't able to get any help on this.  I've also been waiting for an administrator & have yet to hear back.
