How come Views will sometimes go down!?!?

I've noticed sometimes in a list of posts when I click reload some posts will show fewer views.  How can this happen?

Huh. Maybe one or more posts were deleted, and that reduces the views? I'm guessing on this one.

Possibly this would happen when a thread is moved from one forum to another, but I don't really think so.

I've noticed the same thing for quite a long time now. The thread will sometimes disappear for a little while (minutes) and/or reappear with 0 views when it had supposedly been posted for a while.

I have no clue....maybe the FICO Triangle?
