I would like to upgrade my account to Identity Ultimate without cancelling my service and losing all of my data, just to re-enroll in Identity Ultimate. I called Customer Service today and this is what they told me that I would have to do...but I can't believe this hassle is the only way.
So, I'm asking for help with this.

Actually what happened in my experience is I did have to cancel and then apply for the new one; however, all my historical Scorewatch data was still in the new Identity Ultimate monitoring. Not certain if the old reports were but you get a new snapshot with the enrollment and I'd always saved my reports to PDF locally anyway. I'd download any reports you want to save before you switch if you haven't already.
I complained too when I heard it (had some choice words for an admin which I now regret haha) but it didn't turn out badly.
