I lost my TU Fico report...?

Looks like when the website got a mini facelift, my TU report is no longer showing. I think I bought one in February?

Hi daisyduke....Actually, the loss of your TU report was due to it expiring after 30 days. This 30-day expiration applies to TU and EQ reports bought individually (FICO Standard) and not as part of Score Watch, FICO Quarterly Monitoring, or the Suze Kit. If you need to know the score and the top negative factors from that report, customer service can tell you, even though they will not be able to access your report either.

OK, Thank you Barry for the information.

I don't need to talk to Customer Service about the negatives!! I already know!! lol

I think I just might subscribe to the quarterly monitoring product for TU. that way I will be able to keep all of my reports!

Re: I lost my TU Fico report...?

daisyduke, you might want to check out the Suze kit as well. You prepay for 3 reports, and you can decide if you want 3 EQ's, 3TU's, or one of one and two of the other.

The reports will all go poof when your annual subscription ends. So if you buy one report when you first sign up, it will display for a year. If you buy one 3 weeks before your subscription expires, it will only display for those last three weeks.

It's a good idea to save your FICO score reports to disk. Or print them out, but that's a bunch of paper and ink.
