MyFico account reset

This is Tischer712. I post frequently on the website. But when I went to log in, it kept wanting me to make a forum name. Any ideas on why it reset me?

Admins you can delete this thread. Something very weird was going on. My old account is working now.

There had been a couple of times I was prompted with a new name. I knew I existed and closed it out and re-logged in without issue.

I'm sorry you had a problem but glad you were able to get back in.  We've had a few reports of issues like this.  If it happens again please let me know via PM.  If you can get a screen shot of the screen asking you to forum a new name, that would be great.

This has happened to me too.

Since I'm always doubting myself , I figured that I hit the Sign Up button instead of the Log In button, which is surprisingly easy to do. Good to know that it's happening to others, too.
