No Option to Create Signature in Personal Profile

I am without the option of creating a signature in my personal profile. Is my profile messed up or am I missing something?
Starting Score: TU 552 EQ 565
Current Score: TU 665 EQ 674
Goal Score: 700+

I'm checking on this, but the siggy option could be limited by user ranking (visitor, contributor, etc.). Keep contributing and you'll eventually see the option pop up.

I FINALLY figured it out Smiley Tongue!!! In order for the signature text box to appear in the 'Personal Profile' section you have to have logged in at least 20 times.
