Yup, be sure to include in the title something that says Progress Thread and update it at least once a year so it doesnt get locked by a mod after 1 year passes from its creation. If you are rebuilding the rebuilding forum would be the place and if you are just building without derogs being in the way then the General credit forum would be the best place.
