Problems logging in

Lately when I Sign In to the community forums using the circled button, it doesn't log me into the forums, but instead it logs me in to my myFICO account, where the splash screen shows my myFICO plan.  I go back to the forums and click that same Sign In button and it goes right back to the same page, without logging me into the forums.  To get logged into the forums, I need to click the myFICO logo in the upper left, then click "Community" and then it loads the forums (without any additional prompting to log in).  Just wanted to bring it up in case the community forum's log in process has changed or if it's just a bug that needs to be worked out.

Re: Problems logging in

This is happening to me as well. (It took me a while to figure out to click the "Community" link.)

Re: Problems logging in

This has happened before if I recall correctly and eventually the landing page after logging in reverted back to the main forum versus what's happening now.

Re: Problems logging in

@FICO_Admin

Can you please give us an update on fixing the forum login?

This is not a minor inconvenience for mobile users with some browsers being unable to login at all.

I can use brave (mobile) browser to login but not chrome because in chrome the button to open your profile and click the community link is missing. One shouldn't have to use alternative browsers and backdoor methods sign into a forum.

It shouldn't take days to fix a broken link on a webpage either.
