I logged into MyFico Credit portal for any alerts. I was expecting one-but none posted. Then I went over to Community. Attempted to log in there. Note, for the Credit Check My Fico portal I have to use a different username from the Community portal. The community log in kept asking me for my username. Usually both portals log me in easily, both of my user names pop up and I choose one and then the password ...... appears and I can enter either the credit portal or the community. So, again no matter what I did the Community kept asking me for the UN and it kept saying it was not valid, those characters not allowed. Needless to say I got very frustrated. The MyFico support center was of no help. Anyway....I finally got through using a different browser Google Chrome. I normally use Explorer. Anyone else have this problem?
Never had this problem, but that's probably because I always use Chrome.
I think the site as a whole was either under going maintenance or was experiencing technical difficulties yesterday. I wasn't able to access my reports and/or log in to the community on an intermittent basis. I always use Chrome as well.
