Unable to post

I tried a number of times to post a response a got the following message and there was nothing highlighted and no errors were shown.

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

I tried again and the same thing happened. My reply showed for a few minutes but when I refreshed the page my post was gone. It was to this post:

I would suspect a temporary system error, there is no restriction that I can see on your account.
