Not the right person to be answering this but this is standard if the information you provided doesn't match the records that the bureaus have for you. Happened to me just recently with Experian. Shouldn't take too long to do, but you should contact customer support or work through the bureaus directly to fix it. It's irritating to be sure but it's not too difficult to take care of but mismatches are problematic.
