My friend, I dealt with this for almost 2 weeks. It kept reporting an error message. It's too bad because I wanted the subscription, but it won't work correctly.
I cancelled and am waiting for the money to be refunded.
Let us know if they ever fix this issue. I still want the service, but I am not paying for something that will not work properly.
