It says it can take up to 24 hours. People who have purchased the $19.95 version have been having issues with EX and TU updating. (I haven't heard of anyone who purchased the $29.95 version having problems so far but I could be wrong)
We started a thread in the myFICO Product Feedback forum and others have had similar issues.
