3b Monitoring Issue

So I've had the 3b monitoring system since a bit after it first came out. I am having issues with updates on Experian. 

For EQ the last update was 11/24

For TU the last update was 11/17

For EX the last update was 9/9

Tha is more than 2 months...almost 3 months with no updates...am I paying for a 3b monitoring or 2b monitoring?

Mine hasn't updated in longer than that despite 2 new accounts and paying balances down. Worked great for the first month after I signed up now it doesn't appear to work at all. I'll be canceling this garbage right as my 3 month trial ends.
