When i pulled my first score I had a 629, I had set my alerts to send one when i reached a score of 630, then about a week or two ago after reading on the boards here I changed it to alert me if it changed from 629. I have been getting anxious since i have not received any alerts at all in the past month and a half so i pulled a report through a free offer from my bank and it says i have a score of 625 now..I'm not sure why since i have been paying all my bills on time...but shouldn't I have been alerted of a score decrease no matter what my target score was?

I'd suggest giving it a week before doing anything to allow enough time for SW to monitor your score. Then pull an updated EQ score, which has been added to your SW subscription at no charge. Then let us know if you received an alert, a score change, etc. Good luck!
