I noticed that the Notifications are behind almost 2-3 days, is that normal?
Mine are behind weeks and weeks (behind Credit Karma and EIDT). I even called and the woman said that while Credit Karma and EIDT "pull", MyFico receives pushes from the CRAs, and is therefore slower. Not sure I buy it, I am pretty disappointed at the speed -- seems unreliable for catching an error or problem in time.
I recieved an alert today dated 05/27/2015...Shouldn't I have received that alert on that date?
I received a Transunion alert today dated 5/31/15, I was surprised that my score didn't increase because the same alert on Equifax gave me a 14 point boost.
Sometimes I even get alerts where my score increases, but my dashboard remains the same. I contacted FICO to question this, and they didn't have a solid answer.

Same story here, not getting updated. New accounts added to my reports and they are not showing up on myfico. I called and was told the same thing, that Myfico doesn't pull information (was told it was illegal for them to do so), just receives it from the bureaus. I don't buy this explanation either. Certainly the credit bureaus do not automatically furnish Myfico with the entire populations credit reports, that just would not make sense. Assuming that the credit bureaus do not furnish the entire population's reports to Myfico, how can they explain an instant report when you join? The only answer is that they pull it from the bureaus, unless of course I am wrong about the credit bureaus not furnishing the entire population's credit information to myfico (which I would guess I am not wrong).
What infuriated me more than anything is that the myfico rep told me that it was my job to contact the credit bureaus and tell them to update my information to myfico, first off, what am I paying Myfico $28 a month for? Secondly, I am not the one with a contract with the credit bureaus. Third, I have absolutely no control or right to ask the credit bureaus to do anything of the sort.
Now if for some reason, I am actually wrong and the bureaus do push the info and myfico does not pull it, the delays or info never updated would make a whole lot of sense, because each credit bureau has their own subscriptions to buy. So of course they would want to downgrade the service here, to get us to leave here and pay the bureaus a monthly subscription fee. (which is what I guess I will probably do)
Either way it pisses me off as a consumer, as consumers should get what they pay for. If a consumer is not getting what they pay for, then refunds should be given, or subscription fees reduced, or at minimum an apology and not a smart a$$ answer, like it is the consumers job to contact the bureaus to update myfico.
I just got updates for 06/01/2015....today on 06/03/2015! If the alert is dated for 06/01, why is it taking so long for it to update to my report. Seems MYFICO has a software issue or delay....not sure if it is intentional or not or a strategic tatic to get consumers to purchase additional reports in conjunction with the monitoring service....It all seems weird.
However, I do like the additional score verisons that is offered.
At least yours is reporting 2-3 days behind, id be happy with that at the moment. CK is way ahead of this site, I've had 1 collection paid off, updated on CK, 2 new CC's updated on CK, nothing here yet. So far this site is 5 days behind CK and counting.
I am still waiting over a week for 2 new accounts to be updated and 4 judgements that have been removed. CK updated the next day. I have never paid for a site that is this behind.
