Another monitoring issue

on Monday a collections was remove or deleted on my credit report. MyFico has not reported as of this time.  CK reported it immediately.  I doubled check by subscribing to EQ subscription and it was deleted. So what's up myFico?

Re: Another monitoring issue

Updates/changes can take up to 7- 10 days to reflect on your SW.

Reasons why you may not receive a Score Watch alert:

Changes that don’t trigger Score Alerts or Credit Alerts:
A balance decrease won’t trigger a Credit Alert.
The removal of an item from the credit report will not trigger a Credit Alert.
During the 7-10 days between Score Alert checks (when there are no Credit Alerts), the score can change multiple times between these Score Alert checks and the monitoring system won’t be aware of them – resulting in some score changes occurring without Score Alerts being generated.
Changes that that are not specifically listed in the table below will not trigger an alert.

Reasons why your Score Alert or Credit Alert may arrive late or not at all:
There is often a delay of 30-60 days in the reporting of updated trade line, collection, and public record information from the source of the information to Equifax.
Alerts often get caught in spam filters, so check there first if you believe you should have already received an alert.

I am thoroughly disappointed in your service.  It has been more than 10 business days and nothing has changed on my scorewatch.  In fact three days ago I had an alert from TU and I check my score watch  and didn't find anything except experian reported a change.  Yesterday EQ reported changes with credit card balances and my Myfico hasnt even reported it.  I am highly considering canceling this service.  It's not worth a minimum 3 month subscription. If I could get a refund for the last month.  Throughly disappointed

Re: Another monitoring issue

I'm somewhat confused. I subscribed to SW thinking that anytime my score changed it would alert me even if the change wasn't triiggered by something significant. Is this not the case? Could my score increase just due to aging but I wouldn't know because nothing significant happened?
