I don't know what happened. I tried to order an Experian credit report and not only did it reject it (but STILL charged my credit card), I can't even see my ScoreWatch or anything on my account. It says I was blocked from purchasing any further Experian products. This is very frustrating.

did it say to call?
It said it could not verify my identity, and needed me to call, with information pertaining to my identity (credit card statements and such). But I don't understand why they would block me from seeing ANYTHING on my account, even the other 2 bureaus?! I'm really frustrated right now. It was only Experian too. I was able to purchase TU with NO problems, but trying to buy Experian locked me out completely... frustrates me that I have to wait until Monday to find out what's wrong. I know I placed a fraud alert on my accounts due to the Anthem hack. But it doesn't make any sense that one bureau would work, and the other would not.

yeah i got blocked for verification before. they block everything because if it isn't you ordering that report then you would'nt want that someone looking at any of your other reports so they block everything until you verify. it's simple and they are freindly when you call. you just have to wait for office hours.
i havent had a fraud alert on any of my reports so that may be it also. regardless, i'm sure they will handle it when you call

Well, it WAS me ordering. I guess I should be grateful for the security measures they have in place here. Still a pain to deal with, though. Thank you so much!
