Can't Update My Score

This is may not be the appropriate place to post this comment, but its been four months since my last updated score. It is scheduled to update every three months, I've called MtFICO numerous times, who referred me to call the credit bureau to have my information updated, which I've done and both have the exact information. However, MyFICO still cannot process my new score.

Has anyone had a similar issue and if so, how did you correct it because this is starting to become a pain in the behind!

Which product are you using? FICO Quarterly Monitoring for TU? If so, when's the next report due? It'll be listed when you click into FICO Quarterly Monitoring (at the bottom and center or left if I recall correctly).

If the date has already passed and there's no report, did anything change on your report which would make getting a FICO score and report impossible?

There are minimum scoring requirements like at least one undisputed account 6 months or older, and you can't be dead (no  joke, some CRAs will mark you deceased if you share an account with someone who is. Also, I don't think you can have a fraud alert reporting.
