Can't purchase: website hangs on "Processing"

After confirming the choice (this happens with either subscription or one-off report) and confirming the payment method (I'm using Amex), the screen changes to a spinner with the text, "Processing". After a second or so, a popup window appears: "Fields marked in red must be filled in correctly." Clicking Ok closes the popup, but the Processing spinner stays on screen and never changes.

 

I've tested this with both Firefox and Chrome browsers, and with subscription and one-off reports. I'd like to sign up to myFico, but can't.
