Cannot get Experian score?

I purchased all three scores, I went to "fullfill now", and it said there was a problem retrieving my score, yet it "removed" the ability to fulfill it, and now it only shows me the 2 scores.

I had the same issue. I sent myfico an email and they requested documents to verify I am who I say I am

I don't think so, but I called and the lady said I should get an auto-refund (which I did) and gave me the # to contact Experian to see why they couldn't send the report.
