Cannot view myFICO help!

For some strange reason I can not view myfico score after purchasing it. I had purchased a score last month found inaccurate information with Experian and Equifax I am disputing the false information found on my report (could this be the problem?) I used a different credit card to purchase my report. I am trying to activate the report after going threw the process screen i get a Our apologies, an error has occurred... Thank you for visiting myFICO.com®. You've already purchased an Equifax credit report within the last 24 hours. Purchasing a new report would most likely provide you with the exact same information. Please wait at least 24 hours from the time of your previous purchase before ordering again. Thank you myFICO® Customer Care I called up customer support they stated that I have no activity for the past 6 months but yet i purchased a score last month? I am baffled with this can someone please chime on what could be happening?

Re: Cannot view myFICO help!

Your disputing should have nothing to do with you purchasing your reports here at MyFico.

I would try calling MyFico customer care again and see if you get the same answer from a different agent.

Other than that, you can either wait for Barry to respond to this post or you can send him a Personal Message by clicking here.

Best of Luck.

ETA: Have you tried clicking on "My Account" at the top of the page, if it asks you to log in, do so, and if the order went thru you should be able to see your recent purchase.

Re: Cannot view myFICO help!

Did your dispute result in deletions from your CR? If so, would the items deleted make your now oldest tradeline younger than 6 months? I had an old inaccurate chargeoff deleted that happened to be the oldest item on my CR, I had to wait 2 months for my oldest CC to be 6 months old in order to get my CR/score again.

That makes perfect sense Cain, the OP did say **customer support they stated that I have no activity for the past 6 months**

Maybe that is the case, because it takes 6 months of credit history for FICO to generate a score.

You hit the nail on the head with that statement.
