I have been charged $1 for using the "free trial". This is ridiculous. Who do I talk to to get a refund for the $1?

Well, I don't work here or anything, but experience tells me that when you order someone online, often times the company will put a small hold on your credit card to ensure the account is valid. In this case, one dollar; just like when you go to the gas station and pay at the pump
My guess is the hold will release in a day or so and you will get your dollar back.

Maybe customer service?
Just a hunch...
It's an authorization on your credit card, not a charge. It will drop off usually within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
