So I paid in full, and paid all accounts down to 0$ the first part of last month- with in the first week... I got no score watch alerts for last month at all- on Feb 10th I was EQ 566.... it still showed huge balances reporting on my accounts.. but all my CC have shown down to 0 balances when I log in to check them- so I know payments all went through. so this morning I check Cap 1 to see if statement has cut for last month- it has- log into My Fico, and decide to pull TU--- score is 644!!!!!!!!!!!!!! still showing those accounts with the same balances though! Decide to use a score power for EQ, and score is 585. I don't under stand why I am not getting any alerts on Scorewatch, and why my cards are not reporting the balances paid! Should I call my CC and ask why they are not reporting the PIF balances? Is anyone else having Scorewatch issues?
My guess it's probably something where your alert score now isn't the same as your current score. That has to be the same if you want an alert for any change. Also your 0 balance must be reported first (statement date) and then they (EQ EP TU etc) has to update their file first too. If you put this in the feedback forum you'll get better feedback there

Thanks. I have checked the settings and made sure they were correct many times over the last month. And I posted this in the feedback segment yesterday, and the mods moved it here, lol. oh well- I guess we play a waiting game and see what happens.

Hi farmgirljen,
Just so you know, Score Watch doesn't alert you to balance decreases. Looks like you were sent a score increase alert on 3/5 and you reset your target score, which is a good idea.

Hi Barry: I've been away. Two units at work were an employee short each so I've averaged 61.77 hrs per week since this post:
You gave me a free report. Sometime shortly thereafter the card myFICO uses for my monthly scorewatch was compromised so I had to request a new card. I overlooked updating you with the new info; however, I'm back contributing to your payroll. Figured it wouldn't hurt to ask if I could have it back since I know you were so kind to give it to me for free in the first place. Btw, I do have myFICO set to bypass my spam filter; however, I didn't see any email from you guys saying my card quit working. Would have been a good thing cause I would have logged in and updated you with the new number immediately. I was physically and mentally exhausted, but I'm saying no to the OT now
Barry, It wasn't that I was looking for an alert about a balance decrease- I was looking for an alert that my score went up due to paying in full all of my balances down to 0. I did not get an alert until after I used my score powers and pulled my transunion. When I did that I found that my scores jumped- transunion was 644, and EQ went from 566 to 591. I did not get any alerts that that had happened- After I again changed the settings and I finally got an alert that my score had gone up to 600. The bottom line for me is that if the product is not going to report score increases, it is not worht paying for the product. I had NO idea my scores had climbed as much as I did until I spent more money to get the reports.

Gald to have you back, Karatz! We've added that free EQ report back to your SW account. And I'll check with the techies to see if there's a problem with emails going out when there are card charging problems. Thanks for the heads up!

Oh, I see. Keep in mind that a score change alert can take 7-10 days after the actual score change. And, of course, the score can change more frequently than that. So, it can get a little difficult to troubleshoot such situations, but we've added a free EQ report/score to your SW subscription. Hope that helps at least a little.
Thank you Barry! I appreciate that!
