Dropping My Score For the Samething????

Is anyone else having this issue? I received the first alerts for a collection in September. This week I received the same alerts for the same collections and my scores dropped again, what gives!!!!????? I am not liking this 3B monitoring system😤

I am receiving duplicate alerts.. not sure why either.
