EQ Score watch not sending alerts when changes have happened!

Anybody else have this problem?
I have had the alert set up for 10 days now and it is not sending me any alerts!
I have had several changes to my report in the last 10 days! I pull my report everyday on true credit.
Why is EQ score watch not working for me? I have made sure all settings are turned on to email me of changes.

I'm an IT guy...if I were you, I would message one or more of the admins with specifics...what change took place on what day that went unreported? That should help their debuggers down in their IT department figure out where the train left the tracks.

not sending alerts

Happens to me all the time. I've had major changes to my reports viewable through truecredit, then I'll pull my reports directly from the CRA's to verify the change and never receive an scorewatch alert or change in score. When I say major I mean new derog, removal of derog, open account changing to close, etc. I've double checked my settings as well and they're all set appropriately. Only time I see a change is if I burn a score report.

Re: not sending alerts

I think I'm just going to cancel score watch...I've cancelled other services that misled me to believe that I will be able to pull my score at my heart's content. I signed up for the bank of america one...they said "unlimited access to my score and report" implying I would get one whenever i wanted... no such luck. they meant I could view the same old score and report all I wanted, then 90 days later, i would be blessed with another. I cancelled

Re: not sending alerts

Keep in mind that the alerts you are wanting are not options. My scores are no secret so here are my settings:

Whenever your FICO® score changes. [ Change ]

Whenever your FICO® score reaches a target score of 600 [ Change ]

Whenever one of your accounts has a balance increase larger than 5% [ Change ]

Whenever one of your accounts has a balance increase larger than $5 [ Change ]

Whenever one of your accounts shows new activity after being inactive for more than 3 months [ Change ]

Whenever a FICO® score change could qualify you for a different interest rate on a 30 year mortgage [ Change ]
(For a score of 528, that means you will receive a score alert if your score goes above 620.)

I started a new post regarding improvements we would like to see from MYFICO and I am hoping that they have been listening to our requests. But for now, if you are not alerted when the specifics you have set your scorewatch are not triggering alerts then you should call in! Otherwise, scorewatch is not alerting you because it isn't yet designed to notify ou of the activity you are currently requesting.

Hope this clears up your understanding of scorewatch.
