Error 401

 I got this error when i was paying a 30 days trial, and I had a charge on my debit card of $1, i didnt receive any email and i can't see the trial product. 

 

please help

OMG, what kind of joke is this?

I tried to cancel my free trial and i get also this error:

Have you called CS? They're generally pretty good about untangling all this.

1 dollar?  try 1 dollar, 1 dollar, and 89.95.   for  total of 92.95 on my account.  but to be fair, they aren't charges yet, just authorizations. but its still placing a hold on my account for those funds.  I am about to call customer service.
