Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I added "what product you purchased" to line 1 and added a line 6 to account for delays if there are any. Maybe only the $29.95 version is updating regularly.
I'm half tempted to call them and upgrade in order to see what happens.....
Just following up to myother post. I had a Credit Sesame alert this morning indicating a balance change but no alert so far from MyFico. Itappears the alerts from MyFico so far are still EQ only for me.

Did you purchase the $19.95 or $29.95 version?
Purchased the $20 version on 8/23. I've only received updates to my EQ score despite having a rather large balance reduction post that would have affected my score for all 3 bureaus.
iPhone app doesn't update at all, even my EQ update is not reflected.
One of my credit cards had a change in the account number.
It is being reported by all 3 CRAs. It was first reported by Experian.
I only received an alert for Equifax.

Thank you, it looks like those of us who purchased the $19.95 version or the one without the identity protection are only getting EQ updates or having problems. I'm curious if anybody with the Ultimate version are having problems as well?
Did the old EQ scorewatch update to this system? Maybe they're still upgrading the software.
1. When the product was purchased and what product you purchased.
8.22.14, 3-in-1 credit monitoring services for $19.95.
2. What CRA is updating.
EQ
3. What CRA is not updating.
TU/EX
4. Confirm the CRA's are not updating by checking other sources, CK, USAA, other monitoring services etc
I don't have any other credit monitoring services other than the credit tracker from Capital One, however EQ reported a change to my Capital One balance while TU/EX did not.
5. The account change you are waiting for to update that would impact your FICO score.
It would.
6. This is optional because the new service may be overwhelmed. Include "lag" or update time differences between when the monitoring service updates and your other sources update. For example my EQ FICO score updates approx 24-36 hours after it updates on other sources. Maybe if we identify a "lag" time we can resolve any update issues if it takes a certain amount of time for each score to update. Maybe each score takes a certain amount of time to update in regards to an actual FICO score update.
Since I purchased the product, there have been no updates to EX/TU aside from the initial score pull.

$19.95 version. Also just received another email update about a balance increase and score change but for EQ only again.
I also went in and just turned off the specific EQ monitoring alerts that were available to see if those were prohibiting/supercedeing the other alerts from coming through. Not sure why they would but just trying to tweak variables to see if anything works.
