I have the USAA 3 bureau monitoring for $12.95 per month. You get all 3 reports once per month with scores. The alerts usually take about 24 hours. I have really not seen any score alerts other than when the new report pulls each month and the "PLUS" scores tend to be about 12-15 points higher than the FICO scores. My last two cards that were approved sent me scores in the mail. They were closer to the higher plus scores as opposed to Fico. When the mortgage guy checked last week, the Kroll Factual data scores came in from 10-19 pts lower than Fico for Transunion and Equifax. The only Transunion score that is close to reality happens to be CreditKarma. Go figure. The same cannot be said for Quizzle, they are out of touch with reality altogether.
The USAA monitoring is not without flaw when it comes to Equifax. I have seen 40 point "plus score" swings for no apparent reason and after talking to Equifax on the phone a few times now, they cannot explain it either other than to blame Experian (3rd party arm for USAA). Here's the kicker for all of it though: The Barclay's analyst and the mortgage broker both said that Fico is not representative of the scores they actually see. Given that, who really knows what to believe. I'm starting to believe that the only real value in any of these services is the ability to scrub the actual report for accuracy each month.
Hey guys! One of my first posts here been using this sight every day to increase my scores from when I screwed up my credit being young and dumb. With this sight and the other Cms sights I've been able to increase my scores 100+ points since June. Thank you all.
I too have the 3b monitor and have had it for a month and haven't had a single TU update and 1 EX update. I new a couple days ago I should've had a tu update cause I got one from credit k cause I filed a dispute with TU about 5 late payments that I had proof of on time payments. Well they finally fixed my issues. Ck alerted me and I knew my fico should def increase cause those 5 payments were less than a year ago. I called my fico yesterday and talked to csr and they said "Give it a few more days cause it takes a while for TU to report to us." I mentioned that CK updated so TU should've updated. The csr assured me there wasn't any problems. Well this morning I pulled the trigger and ordered a TU report individual report and sure enough my TU score had a nice score bump. I'm going to call in to my fico here in a little bit see what they have to say.
They are either going to tell you that there are no problems or they will blame it all on Transunion and Experian. Do yourself a favor and file a BBB complaint to get your money back. This is what amazes me. They sell this by claiming to provide "daily updates and score alerts for all 3" but then turn around and tell us this isn't even possible because of the way TU and EX report. It can't be both ways. In the meantime they have everyones money to spend on fixing the unfixable. Why do you guys think they flaunt this as an industry first revolution? It hasn't been done before because it is not do-able the way that the bureaus report the data. I know, I'[m being a negative Ned, but I don't take kindly to being screwed out of $60 on my tight budget.

I had a fear that we would start to learn that if we purchased an update, that we would then see a score change. I have considered doing the same, as I am certain there have been enough changes to my credit profiles in the last month that I no doubt have a TU and Exp score change. I have put off doing a purchase, as I would really like to see how many weeks/months it takes this new product to finally report something to me. The fact that you show a score change only after purchasing an update, in my mind is one more confirmation that the product is not working for most of us.

It will be interesting to hear what they say to you. Hope you share! You are the second person I have read who purchased their reports (with the 3 CR Monitoring subscription) and see an increase in scores and updates after they purchased the reports. I refuse to do so but I am pretty sure I would see the same results.
Just got off the phone with them so basically they are saying that it could take TU upto 30-45 days to report a change to "my fico" so that's why there was no alert. Csr said since I ordered the report for today they pulled my cr for today which shows the dispute taken care of. She then said if I would've waited for the 45 days I would've eventually got the alert. Ok, I can understand that completely. Thence asked why would TU only update my ck but not myfico? Then for some strange reason I just got an alert from the 3b monitoring but not for a change in my dispute but for an inquiry I had 3 days ago. Soooo basically TU will report an inquiry to ck and a dispute resolve in a timely manner but only report a new inquiry to myfico within a couple days but the dispute change when they get around to it??? Idk

I don't know about you...but if I had known it could take up to 45 days for any of the updates, I would not have subscribed. That's not "monitoring" to me.
I just can't figure out why all of you haven't filed a BBB complaint to get your money back. Even if they get it working this time next month, you are still screwed out of close to $40. What gives? Am I the only one that thinks that is a lot of money to throw away on a daily score monitoring service that isn't capable of daily score monitoring? C'mon folks, it isn't going to magically start working. They have told me, as well as many others, that Transunion and Experian sometime take WEEKS to update. If it takes WEEKS to update, how do you all think you are going to get daily updates? I just don't understand the hope that some of you are clinging to.

I filed earlier this week. Plus Amex reversed my charges.
Regretfully, I have yet one more indication that the 3B product is not working, at least within my account. As I have mentioned previously, I have had numerous changes to my credit reports, and have heard literally nothing from Tu or Exp. I have been certain that these changes would have generated not only report changes, but decent changes in scores as well.
I received my Discover Statement today. As most are aware, Discover offers the TU FICO 08 model score, just as MyFIco does. According to Discover, my TU 08 score went up 8 points (721 to 729) in the last month. Not a peep from MyFIco - zippo.
MyFico Admins: PLEASE believe us when we say that the 3B product is not working as it should. There have been many examples presented within this forum. We are continuously told that everything is working as it should and directed to the FAQ. I cannot even get anyone at MyFico to take a moment to take a look at my account and just make sure that everything is setup as it should. I, as well as many others, would be very appreciative if those at MyFico, yourself included, would please at least consider that the that there are issues with the product and begin to look into what the issues may be. Despite many subscribers now reporting that they are cancelling, doing charge-backs, contacting the BBB and more, MyFico is giving the impression that its employees flat out do not care. It would be a great PR move if MyFIco would at least show somewhat of a concern for its MyFico subscribers.
Thank you.
