I wanted to pull my FICO scores.... However, it is ridiculously expensive.....
Point and case, we need coupons.... I refuse to pay 40 dollars to get my scores...
Sometimes there are discounts (try googling MyFico discount codes or coupons) I doubt there are any out there now.
MyFico was offering 10% off (FICO Standard, one time score & report) the whole month of December if I'm not mistaken.
I remember early last year (around Feb, MyFico had put out some discount codes) not sure if it will happen again this year tho.
It's the price you gotta pay if you want your REAL FICO's tho, I have purchased over 30 reports since I joined, to me, well worth knowing my REAL FICO's.
To each his/her own.
I Wish you the Best.
How do you decide if it's worth the price? Generally, the higher your score, the more it's worth. But I don't know the exact formula to determine when it's a bargain and when it's overpriced. To be on the safe side, you should pay with a credit card, so you won't lose any real money, just electronic digits.

I cannot wait to see what my FICO scores are going to be when they are generated by mid-year. I don't think $40 is expensive at all, I agree that its well worth it to know one's REAL FICO score. If I pull my FICO scores just one time a month over a year, that is only $480 -- Lord knows over a year's time I waste a whole lot more than $480. For me, its an investment, and, I'm worth it!!!
Well i dont think that i dont need then, i just think that i shouldnt be spending as much as i do, since my scores arent going anywhere yet!
I agree...they need to add TransUnion to ScoreWatch...

Mustang, when you were rebuilding yours, i am sure it made more sense to buy them often, but i wish there was a daily monitoring (other then SW) that way you could pull your dailies for a monthly fee....
i might be asking too much though lol ....
I guess if SW doesnt report anything... then its not worth it ... but idk lol

I don't pull my reports as often as I used to when I was rebuilding, I use SW and also ID Patrol thru Equifax, and SW has been good to me, usually if I get an alert from Equifax, I'll get an alert from SW within hours, or at most a day later.
I'll pull my TU report when I know something has changed. (looking forward to May 2012, my last two inq's will hit the year mark) actually on TU and EQ I'll have 0 inq's in May, I'm hoping to see a reasonable score increase when I'm inq free on TU and EQ.
But believe me when I tell you, I've spent a lot of money here at MyFico on reports and with my SW subscription but IMO, well worth every penny.
