I purchased the FICO® Score 3-Report View on Jan 1st.
It shows a fraud flag on Equifax. Equifax Executive Consumer Service department. says, "No. There's no fraud flag on your account."
So why should I purchase your reports in the future?
Combined with the fact that you've deleted my entire history (no access to previous reports and scores) I'm just gonna go back to tracking my scores myself and purchasing directly from the CRAs. This site, outside of the community, is a joke.
Well, I have a similar story here regarding Fraud Alert, which the company said that is a reason I cannot see my other 2 Credit Bureau, TransUnion and Experian, because Equifax has a fraud alert on my report prevents me to see Experian and TransUnion score. Meanwhile, l am able to access Equifax report, tne report which has the fraud alert. I contacted Experian, Experian denied that is true...and that Equifax fraud alert cannot prevent someone from seinh Experian score.
