FICO Score Purchase

I just ordered my FICO scores.  However, I didn't see anywhere that would allow me to pull my FICO scores quarterly without having to pay another annual fee.

Does anyone know if there's a product out there that let's you see your FICO scores quarterly?  If so, please let me know who does this and the cost?

I've got TC, but I haven't been able to pull new credit reports.  How do you do this?

Is Scorewatch better than TC?

I know that Scorewatch gives you two free scores.  TU Quarterly Monitoring gives you new scores quarterly for $4.95/month.
