My Purchases page will show some of your score history. Otherwise, only Score Watch and FICO Quarterly Monitoring provide a score history; although, as you know, they're only for a single bureau and only from the beginning of the subscription.
One of these days myFICO will be offering a score tracking feature for all products, but until then you may want to start your own spreadsheet. Maybe some other Forums members will share what they do to track their scores?
