Fico Quarterly Monitoring

I have a question.  I purchased Fico Quarterly Monitoring three month ago and it says that my new report will be delivered 12/05/08 which is today.  I have still not received my new report.  Is there any particular time that it comes?  I thought I would have gotten it by now.
