Free Trial to Subscription Question

First I would like to thank all the people on this site for all the useful info they provide daily. My question is in regards to the free trial rolled over to a full subsciption. Will I recieve any more free scores or reports or did the ones that I used for the free trial count as the ones they give me for this year?

Welcome JasonGage....The reports and scores available in the free trial are the total you receive for the first year; however, it looks like customer service gave you another report, following your conversation with them earlier today. Smiley Happy

Re: Free Trial to Subscription Question

Yes I did recieve a free Power Score report, and thank you for that. But I was also wondering, if I would have just cancelled the free trial and signed back up for the Score Watch program I would have recieved an updated score from that day plus an addtional free report? Is this correct? I am not complaning about the free report I recieved today, but just wondering if it would have been more beneficial to cancel and re-order?

If you had canceled and re-subscribed you would have received a new report/score, but only one. If you've already subscribed within the past year, you only get the initial report and score, and that's it.
