Getting frustrated with myfico!

So I haven't been able to pull my Equifax scores here at my Fico, so now I have to pay for scorewatch to get it and now I can't pull my Experian scores. Does anyone know where I can buy my real Experian Fico score asides from here because it just won't work for me! I was only able to get my TU and who knows most probably next month I won't be able to get that either! Sigh!

For EX, this is the one and only place, I'm afraid.

Can you refresh my memory --what's happening with your access to your scores here?

Re: Getting frustrated with myfico!

I don't know...they told me they couldn't pull my Equifax score because I had a FA on my acct and to get it taken off but I spoke to EQ and there is no FA and I was able to pull my score through them. I tried again to pull EQ here and got the same error so I just signed up for Scorewatch. Today I tried to pull TU and EX and now they say EX has an error message as well. I will call them tomorrow. It's just so inconvenient. Plus I have Truecredit and they do not say that I have a Fraud Alert on Experian. So I don't know what is going on.

Re: Getting frustrated with myfico!

I'm going to move this over to the myFICO® Product Feedback forum, in hopes that one of the admins will see it there.

Re: Getting frustrated with myfico!

Ok...I will try calling tomorrow....I wish they were open on Sundays. I have a really full schedule during the week with my law classes and job and its hard to fit a minute in for other stuff but I will do it because I want to see how all my inquiries, and new accts and high balance reporting has affected my scores!

Hi Bella 1980....Your situation is interesting, since you've been successful ordering from each of the 3 bureaus via myFICO at one time or another over the last couple of months, but have had trouble with all 3 since then. It looks like the latest EXP problem may just be a temporary issue with connectivity between myFICO and EXP, and I'd suggested retrying before contacting customer service about it. Also, the last time you tried ordering from EFX the problem appears to have been due to the variations on the spelling of your name -- discrepancy between the first/last name you provided and what your creditors are reporting. Try to make sure you're using the spelling of your name that's most consistent with what's on your accounts. TU seems to be OK, for now at least. Let me know how you make out.

Re: Getting frustrated with myfico!

Is there a glitch right now with pulling te EX reports? I can't pull mine either and have no FA or any issues. I have purchased it numerous times from here before and have no trouble pulling from TC. I tried pulling my boyfriends report a few moments before mine and got the same error message apologizing that it wasn't available at this time.

Re: Getting frustrated with myfico!

I just tried pully my Experian as well, got an error 720 I believe, don't know what that means, so I'll try again tomorrow.

I'm hoping it's just an issue with Myfico and Ex connecting since my TU came up from quarterly monitoring just fine.

Re: Getting frustrated with myfico!

I think you guessed right. I found this on the support center:

Error 720

Question What does Error 720 mean?
Answer You received Error 720 because we had a connection problem when we requested your credit file from Experian....
