I bought Suze Oman's Kit last night. I failed to verify my identity (although I answered the questions that the computer asked me.) I called 1-877-220-1541 to re-verify myself and the customer service lady gave me 3 credit report companies' phone numbers. I called TransUnion and then the automatic voice said that I have to pay $7 or so to get my score along with the credit report. I thought once I bought Suze Oman's Kit, I could've got 3 scores and reports. I'm confused a alot. Do I have to pay again to get my scores?
Thanks.

Welcome to the forums!
The Suze kit is a good product. It gives you a chance to pull 3 FICO reports via myFICO for either Equifax or TransUnion or both. Used it myself. Sounds like there was some sort of verification issue on either TransUnion or Equifax and because your info could not be verified with either of those, myFICO's rep suggested you contact the credit reporting agencies directly. It could be any number of things like a bad address or contact info, misreported name or other demographic info by one of your creditors, etc.
The next step would be to call either Equifax or TransUnion directly since it is one of those two that gave you an issue. Experian would not be involved here since it isn't part of Suze's package.
When you called TransUnion it sounds like they tried to sell you their version of score for $7. Don't buy it! It isn't a FICO score (it's a FAKO) and lenders generally don't use the score they tried to sell to you. I recommend pulling either your TransUnion or Equifax from somewhere, like annualcreditreport.com (free). Look to see if you are having any issues at one of those two in getting your report. If it is TransUnion that is giving you grief, then there may be some sort of identification issue that needs to be resolved first. I believe that any charge from myFICO would be credited back immediately, though I'll bump for others.
llecs,
Hey. Thanks. I'm new to the US and my husband has never had a credit card so everything is new to us. (We got our first credit card a year ago.)
First off, I'm happy to hear that I don't have to pay more... $50 is not really cheap. I'll call TU and EQ right now to see what's going on.
Then, I'll be able to see my scores and reports once both companies fix some kinds of mistakes, right?
I've just talked to one of the TU reps on the phone. He said since FICO score and TU score are different, I still have to pay $7 to get their score...
I have no idea why the myFICO rep instructed me to call TU now. It's so frustrating. I now should call myFICO customer service again... I waited 30 mins this morning to reach someone.

The scores sold by TransUnion is completely unrelated and unaffiliated with FICO or the Suze Orman package. That $7 score is not a FICO score as the TransUnion rep correctly said (thankfully...some do lie and say that it is a FICO score).
Moderators have zero access to your info, but guessing here, the myFICO rep probably told you to check TransUnion because there is something wrong with your TransUnion report. That's likely the reason why they told you to call. For some reason, TransUnion will not release that info to myFICO and therefore, your myFICO order could not be completed. You would have to get with TransUnion. Maybe it is something small like identity verification or maybe there isn't enough data there to generate a score. I don't know...only guessing.
