I got 4 or 5 SW reports on 8/30 when they said they'd fixed the problem (all of the were dated between 8/13 and 8/28) and then another one on 9/1. I haven't gotten one since and I'm concerned that SW may have gone down again.
Has anyone gotten SW alerts or even the Saturday "no change this week email" in the last week or so?
I got one on the 5th (score down) and another on the 7th (score up)
eta: I haven't got an alert in a long time for "no change this week" and I can't remember the last time I got it either.

I got two alerts today - one said no change, the other said my score dropped.
The one w/ the date changes was effective 9/9, the other w/ no change had today's date.
Same thing happened to me. No alerts since 9/1 then 2 today. One said no scorewatch alert. The other said my score had changed and when I clicked the SW alert was dated 9/9. I was logged in to SW yesterday and there was no alert posted so this is an issue with SW itself updating and not just the emails going out correctly or in a timely manner.
Hi Matrix - I called customer service and she said that "The product is working just fine."
Of course she did.
