Help! I want to quit Scorewatch!

I purchased Scorewatch a few months ago to track my scores prior to getting my mortgage.  Now that I'm in my house, I don't need Scorewatch anymore but I still use Truecredit.

However, I have sent them at least TWO emails stating that I want to cancel scorewatch and they reply telling me I have unsubscribed, but they keep drafting the $8.06/month from my checking account for the past 2 months.  Help!

If you want to cancel your annual or monthly subscription of Score Watch:

• You may cancel your Score Watch subscription by phone or email (see below for contact information).

• Score Watch subscriptions billed annually may be canceled at any time.

• Score Watch subscriptions billed monthly may be canceled at any time after an initial 3-month period.

• Cancellation requests by email or phone will be effective within 2 business days after we receive your request. 

• We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused credit reports.
