thanks for the kind words.  i am hanging in there and just plunked down another $1,200 toward my existing debt so will see what happens.  i am also waiting to hear back from the GW letters i wrote.  i have so many old lates that the simulator is only predicting a 0-20 point increase even if i pay off all my debt.  my goal is to get to 680 on all three cra's.

635- tu
666 -eq

Yes. My credit score went up exactly 10 points today. At least this time it was dead on accurate.

I am authorized user on my father account and " collect " his  9 years of history , my score went up from 723 to 772  , 49 point up, but when I try to run simulator for any reason such as:
Best course of Action, Pay your bills on time, pay down the balances on all your credit card it not show anything, I have pull out a Fico Deluxe from 3 credit bureu
 
Is a simulator dont work when it reach certain number?
 
Chase have update fast, but chase only update this report to Experian, I hope chase will also update to Equifax and Transunion next month..
