How else can I validate?

I just signed in to purchase my scores and need to validate further my identify. I have called the number given in the email but have been on hold over 2 hours. Is this is a normal wait time? Is there any other way for me to validate my data? I hate being charged 39 dollars and not able to get anything from it.

I've never had to call, but I have to assume that a two-hour wait time is too much. From time to time, they become freakishly busy. I'd try later in the day and give it another shot.

 

Is it easy for you to get your reports from other sites? Do you have a fraud alert on your reports?

 

If a fee was charged, and you didn't receive any reports, then that charge should be pending-only and should disappear fairly quickly.
