I tried to buy a new score watch for Equifax, and yet I still have no membership after many hours. I did call, but really never understood what the problem was.
I myself think Equifax might be down, as that is what the myFICO CSR seem to think too, but it has been many hours...
My card was charged, so will my order still go through, or do I need to buy it again, once the charge is no longer pending?
Thanks for the help!
Did you have SW before this subscription?
Yes, but it has been expired for a few weeks at this point.

Hi -RED,
Sorry to hear of your trouble ordering SW. Do you have a fraud alert on file at EQ? If so, that may be why you're not able to enroll in SW. I'd suggest contacting myFICO Customer Care if you've been charged and for additional help completing your SW order.
Good luck!

Yes, but I called Equifax, as I was asked to by a myFICO CSR, and Equifax said I was clear to order, so I called myFICO back...
I was told by the next myFICo CSR that i was told wrong info earlier, and that i needed to buy said services directly from Equifax!!!!
If I wanted to buy services from them I'd do that...
Needless to say, I'm not to happy about it, and don't have a clue as to what to do about.

If you haven't tried ordering from myFICO again after talking to EQ, I'd suggest trying again. You won't be charged if it doesn't go through. If that doesn't work, you may want to escalate the problem to a customer service manager. I know there are some times when there are problems with EQ receiving your SW enrollment info from myFICO and things get hung up to where you simply can't order from myFICO. Not good, I realize, but ???
Hey Barry, a huge FYI... So I did that, and still no avail... Same problem.
I have had a fraud alert, and lock in place even, and I have NEVER had this problem.
I called Equifax once again, and all they did was try to sell me on buying product from them instead!

Well clearly Equifax has made it so they have full power over myFICO... I ordered it the second time, and still blocked by EQ, and I even called again to ask for help, and it now looks like myFICO is limited as to what can be done to allow me to continue buying services here.
So unless there is another idea to allow me to order as I have always been able to do, then I guess I'm done...
Wow, well I guess myFICO does not give a rip!
I'm going to make one last attempt at resolving this, -RED.
One thing that's still not clear to me is whether you or do not still have a fraud alert on your EQ file. If so, I can't help you. If not, and by "not" I mean there is no fraud alert on your EQ file and not just some assurance from an EQ rep that it should be okay -- then there is one more avenue I'll explore.
So, if you have a fraud alert on your EQ file, please remove it entirely and let me know when this has been done. If you don't, then please make it clear that there is no fraud alert whatsoever on your EQ file and I'll do my best with what I have to work with.
