I answered you already sir!
Nothing has changed on my credit, what seems to have changed is the abilities to be able to freely buy product here, and the ability to fix a simple problem, that I did not create.

One thing that's still not clear to me is whether you or do not still have a fraud alert on your EQ file. If so, I can't help you. If not, and by "not" I mean there is no fraud alert on your EQ file and not just some assurance from an EQ rep that it should be okay -- then there is one more avenue I'll explore.
So, if you have a fraud alert on your EQ file, please remove it entirely and let me know when this has been done. If you don't, then please make it clear that there is no fraud alert whatsoever on your EQ file and I'll do my best with what I have to work with.

Here's what you've said so far in this thread regarding whether or not you have a fraud alert on your EQ file:
- Yes, but I called Equifax, as I was asked to by a myFICO CSR, and Equifax said I was clear to order, so I called myFICO back...
- I have had a fraud alert, and lock in place even, and I have NEVER had this problem.
So, yes, I guess you've answered my question, albeit not with an answer that's going to enable me to help you. As long as the myFICO system indicates there's a fraud alert on your EQ file, your order will not go through. I regret that we're not able to provide you with your product and can assure you that you haven't been charged. You may want to try buying from EQ at this point.
Well sir, everything worked just fine, until the prices went up, and that is about the time I got booted from my 7.96/mo SW.
Now I cannot order at all, and nothing has changed on my credit...
What has changed, is my ability to order here, and the funny thing is, you are the second myFico rep that has told me to buy from EFX!
I am not happy...
Unreal!
