I did not received Alert from myFICO product.

I did not received Alert from myFICO product.

Some one used my Chase Freedom MasterCard to purchase airline ticket last Friday, 3 Oct.

Chase contact me right away, but I have not received any alert or message from myFICO product I purchased. It is Quarterly Monitor.  Not only that, I even did not received from my other credit monitoring product through Citi Card.  It is Citi Identity Monitor. 

 

Why?  myFICO product supposed to monitor my accounts activities ... right?  Am I wrong?

Hi bunnyrabbit!....Your FICO Quarterly Monitoring subscription gives you quarterly TransUnion reports and FICO score updates. It's not designed to provide alerts to fraudulent transaction like this but rather to alert you to various changes in your credit report and score. You should get your next quarterly update in late November.

ScoreWatch mointors you REPORTS and SCORES

 

It has no exposure to the individual charges or un-reported fraud ativity on your accounts.

 

If Chase were to report a balance increase (doubtful)  you won't get an Alert for that.
