Is SW Working?

I signed up for SW on 5/18 with a 721 EQ FICO.  Then I received an alert on 6/3 and there was no change in my FICO -- it's still 721.

 

So today I get an alert that there are no changes and I login to my account and it's still showing the date as 6/3.

 

I guess I'm confused whether my EQ FICO has been updated if the date is reflecting 6/3 rather than today's date of 6/20. 

 

Can somebody explain this to me?

Yes, Score Watch is working, but it doesn't seem to be working for you.  It could be that when you originally enrolled there was a hiccup or some kind of connectivity issue that prevented your SW from being set up properly.  I'm going to suggest canceling and re-enrolling using a promo code, in hopes that it can be set up correctly this time.

 

Could you send me a PM agreeing (or not agreeing) to this?  Then if you're willing, I'll give you a promo code to reorder at no charge.  Sorry you're having so much difficulty.

I did receive a SW alert this morning.  Woo hoo for alerts!!!  However, the alert indicates a balance increase (which is correct) but it's showing the balance increase in duplicate trade lines.  The increase was on 1 account rather than 2 accounts for $5.  I do not have 2 cc's w/that particular creditor.

 

In any event, the FICO date still shows 6/3 rather than today's date.

 

Does that mean there was no FICO change or is it still not working properly?

 

Sorry to be a PITA but I'm still trying to get a handle on how this feature is suppose to work.  Smiley Happy

SW is working now and shows updated to yesterday's date.

 

I pulled the new SW report you provided and there is no duplicate tradeline as mentioned in my previous post.  I assume there were 2 alerts due to the manner the alert notification setting was set up ... by me, of course.  LOL

Another question for you, Barry.

 

The date displayed under my SW score is 7/1/11.  I am curious whether this date should update weekly or if my account is experiencing problems again?  In  other words, does SW check my FICO score weekly and, if it doesn't, how would it know whether there was a change in my EQ FICO or report?

Hey Barry,

 

I'm still having some issues with SW.  There have been no updates in 3 weeks.  Didn't get an alert notice when credit was pulled on 8/10 or when a new mortgage started reporting a couple of days ago. 

 

Granted, I'm probably not gonna like what I see when it updates but guess I'll have to take it like a big girl.  LOL!
