I signed up for the monthly 3 score service, 3B Ultimate I guess it's called..
Anyway, I'm getting this annoying green check mark saying my profile is only 60% complete and prompting me to enter my License info- Ok fine BUT
I live in WA state and we use the first 5 letters of the last name, I only have 4 in mine so they use an asterisk (*).
My Fico will NOT accept that and keeps prompting only alpha-numeric characters are allowed..
How do I fix that?
Can I at least turn off the prompt telling me I'm only 60% complete?
Lastly, I would really like to be able to choose the default score version that posts on my dashboard.
This would be a nice addition for the future. Thanks
UPDATE:
As of today, I believe day 3 since I bought the service, the prompt & green check mark at the top right have gone so that's a relief.
I would still like to be able to add my license number to have full use of the service.

Hi @Pikaboo-icu, I'm glad you were able to get rid of the checkmark.
It's possible @Cindy_FICO will be able to offer suggestions for your DL# issue, and you might also consider reaching out to myFICO customer support directly... they might be able to bypass the hard edit from their end. (I'm sorry that I can't provide you with a more definite solution; the myFICO product is supported separately from the forums.)

Sadly the "check mark" prompt seems to come & go but I've just been ignoring it lol
