Issues pulling TransUnion FICO from myfico.com AND TransunionCS.com

Has anyone else had this issue? 

 

I tried to buy the "single use" TU fico repot/score from myFico.com. It gave me a warning, saying it was "locked" or something. I called the customer service, and they were very helpful, but said I needed to contact TU directly - something about address verification. 

 

I contacted TU (sounded like India), and they were VERY unhelpful. They said my address was correct, and there shouldn't be an issue. 

 

Since myFico.com didn't charge my card, i decided to just go direct to the source, and have transunionCS.com pull my Fico. 

 

When I go thru their process, it stalls on "Your Information is Loading" ...... it just sits there "thinking" for 15+ minutes. 

 

TU has been unable to answer my questions regarding why it is not working. 

 

Any help?

I'd try a couple of things...

 

1) I'd try to get TU from somewhere to see if there's a fraud alert or something like that reporting that would make it difficult to get a copy. For free, you can try annualcreditreport.com. If not there, then services like creditkarma.com (ignore the scores!) offer free TU report pulls.

 

2) If there is difficulty still, then it's always possible there's a glitch with TU. On rare occassion, it does happen. I haven't pulled today, well, yet anyway.

 

3) If you can pull from other sources, then I'd call myFICO customer service and see what's up.

Thanks for the quick reply. 

 

I get all three bureaus (with fako scores) from USAA. I can update daily, so I'm confident that there are no alerts. 

 

Also, this is not just today ..... I've tried several times over the past week or so to get it via TU, with no luck. 

 

Maybe I'll follow up with myFico today and see what they have to say.
