Issues while ordering quarterly monitoring product

Hi,

Has anyone else had any issues while ordering the quarterly monitoring product?

 

I made the order and got error 733. Called myfico support, they told me to call Trasunion to verify that there are no errors with my SSN or if there are any locks. Transunion says everything is ok.

I tried to re-order the same product, could'nt buy a Trasunion related product anymore.

Called again MyFICO support , they unlocked my account.... tried again, still error 733.

 

I think I am giving up... 3 calls for buying an online product seems way too much.
