Looking for clarification on SW credit alert generation when change in DOLA

Hello, I am looking for some clarification on whether a credit alert should have been generated in following scenario or not:

On 10/14/09, I purchased annual myFICO Score Watch and per EQ Credit report made available through first Score Power on that day, "Date of Last Activity" (DOLA) on my Chase CC account was 8/2009 and balance $0. Later I pulled free annual EQ credit report on 10/16/09 and noticed that Chase CC account details were updated to reflect new statement generated on 10/11/09. So DOLA for Chase account is now showing as 10/2009 with balance $0.

My understanding from SW guide is that a credit alert will be sent within 2-3 days of change in existing TL (including DOLA) in EQ credit report. Is this correct?

Thanks for your time.

Hello schowdarb....Welcome to the community! A change in DOLA over a couple of months time and with no change in balance would not trigger an alert. You're correct, however, that for changes that trigger an alert, you should get them within a few days.
