MY SCOREWATCH NOT ALERTING

Hi,

 

I recently went car shopping and had my credit run... the new inquiry is already showing up on my other monitoring service but not yet on ScoreWatch! Also, I now have a new auto loan as a result of this - that is also already showing up on the other monitoring service but not here!

 

Is there someone who can look into that for me?

Yah, ScoreWatch is very very very very very slow (as in, never) sometimes.  I got pre-approved for a mortgage and my credit was pulled on 4/28.  ScoreWatch never alerted me.  I called MyFico around May 4 and was told to wait a little longer.  It never alerted me, so today (5/13) I called again.  The guy I spoke to again said to wait a little longer.  I asked for another report to be added to my account so I could check, and it was there (and my FICO score went up 9 points!).  He had no clue why ScoreWatch never alerted me.

 

Moral:  Ask for a free report.
